All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm you are over 16 years of age.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason (cooling-off period) and 30 days if goods are faulty. Opened consumable products are excluded from the standard returns policy unless faulty.

Energy Gawd contains caffeine. Do not consume if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 16, or sensitive to caffeine. Maximum recommended intake: 1 can per day. Not a meal replacement. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions before consuming.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Energy Gawd Ltd excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
