Free Shipping Threshold

All UK orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery (3-5 business days). This is calculated on your order subtotal before any discounts. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Energy Gawd order. If you are not, we offer the following returns options:

• Unopened products: Return within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Faulty or damaged products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund immediately, and arrange collection at our cost.
• Opened products: Due to the consumable nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of opened cans unless faulty.

How to Return

Email returns@energygawd.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid returns label for faulty items. Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
